CEO and Founder
Irina is a qualified Quantity Surveyor with almost 20 years of professional experience. She holds a Master’s Degree in Construction with a primary focus on partnering procurement methods.
She has worked across Europe, Eurasia and Africa and has in-depth knowledge of the needs of various clients in the infrastructure industry.
Irina is the author of a global Public Private Partnerships (PPP) certification programme (Certified PPP Practitioner - CP3P), an innovation of World Bank in collaboration with all major International Funding Institutions, which is available to the PPP practitioners around the world.
She is also a chief examiner for the programme, as well as a certified PPP trainer for the CP3P programme delivered through APMG UK, where she has delivered training to various government institutions including South Africa, Jordan, Lesotho and the UK.
She is a member of the World Association of PPPs (WAPPP) and the global chair of Women in PPPs stream.
Her expertise includes transaction advice on Public Private Partnership projects, Major Project Advisory focusing on optimising processes, procedures and reducing costs in the infrastructure sector, dispute resolution, and training and transfer of knowledge.
Irina is an innovator with a passion for improvement and specialises in the conceptualisation, appraisal, development, review, implementation & management of large scale capital works programmes.

Alexander Boadi is a qualified Real Estate Development and Investment professional, who holds a bachelors’ degree in Estate Management (University of Greenwich, UK) and a Masters’ degree in Real Estate Development and Investment (University of Greenwich, UK). He also holds a foundation level CP3P certification (APMG).
He has ten years of “on the ground” African infrastructure and trade and industry experience, which has led to him to advising on PPP transactions in Djibouti, Ethiopia, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Namibia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone and South Africa.
His consulting clients include governments, sovereign wealth funds, multilateral banks, international organisations, international advisory and consultancy businesses and legal firms.
He was recently a local partner of a New York Stock Exchange-listed company that is actively executing real estate feasibility and consulting assignments within the African region.
He is listed on the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) roster of Public-Private Partnerships experts and his expertise include bespoke feasibility studies and RFP/RFQ execution, high-level government negations and advisory, and complex project management.
Prior to his African experience, Alexander has worked as the Head of Residential Asset Management at one of UK’s largest companies, covering a portfolio of over 1000 assets. He was tasked with developing the corporation’s strategic investment plan, as well as project managing their UK investment portfolio.
